The hotel's location is spot-on, just a stone's throw away from Taipei Arena metro station, making it easy to explore Taipei. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing an excellent service. However, the dining experience could be improved with more diverse options, and the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired.
